The Parliamentarian is a neutral advisory role — they do not advocate for any particular outcome but ensure that every voice is heard, every vote is properly conducted, and every decision is procedurally sound. In accordance with Evangeline Inc.'s bylaws, the Parliamentarian shall serve until a successor is chosen and qualified, provided all requirements including attendance and due diligence are fulfilled. This role is especially important during bylaw amendment meetings, elections, and any meeting where contested motions or procedural disputes may arise.
