What We Do
Three pillars guide our work — advising, protecting, and building the leaders our communities deserve.
We Advise
We guide Evangeline's programming, partnerships, and policy with the lived experience of trans people of color at the center.
We Protect
We ensure every Evangeline initiative reflects intersectionality, trauma-informed practice, and the cultural nuance of our communities.
We Build Leaders
We develop governance skills, policy literacy, and public leadership in trans people of color — creating a pipeline into board, staff, and partner roles.

We seek trans people of color who bring lived experience, community roots, and a commitment to collective liberation.

Quarterly Strategic Reviews
Deep-dive workshops on governance, policy, and community accountability
Annual Community Listening Summit
Open forum for community input and vision setting
