Participant Waiver Agreement

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE — POWER S.T.E.P.P.E.R. 5K WALK

By registering, I acknowledge and agree that:

Participation in the POWER S.T.E.P.P.E.R. 5K Walk involves physical activity (walking or running) and I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.
I release and hold harmless Evangeline Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from my participation.
I grant permission to Evangeline Inc. to use photos, videos, or statements of me taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
I understand that all donations raised support Evangeline Inc.'s Central Georgia HIV/AIDS Expansion Services exclusively.
I agree to follow all event rules and guidelines as provided by Evangeline Inc.
I understand that registration is free and that I am not required to raise a minimum amount to participate.
