EVANGELINE INC. VENDOR POLICY — POWER S.T.E.P.P.E.R. 5K WALK

By registering as a vendor you agree to the following:

All products and services must be appropriate for a community health event serving all ages.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and supplies.
Vendors must maintain their assigned space in a clean and orderly manner.
No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances may be sold or distributed.
Vendors must carry their own liability insurance — Evangeline Inc. is not responsible for vendor losses, damages, or injuries.
Vendor fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Evangeline Inc. reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products or conduct are inconsistent with the event's mission and values.
Setup and breakdown times will be provided in your confirmation email.
Vendors agree to represent the POWER S.T.E.P.P.E.R. 5K Walk mission positively.
