Sincere M.C. Lambert
Founder & Executive Director
"You have to remember that when you are in search of change in your life, only you can prevent forest fires!"
— Sincere M.C. Lambert
The Journey to Evangeline
Growing up in Manhattan, I witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by marginalized communities—the isolation, the stigma, the lack of accessible support. These experiences didn't just shape me; they ignited a fire within me to create something different, something better.
When I moved to Georgia, I saw the same challenges playing out in new ways. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals were searching for safe spaces, for understanding, for someone who truly saw them. That's when I knew—this wasn't just about providing services. It was about building a movement rooted in love, dignity, and empowerment.
Evangeline was born from a simple but powerful belief: that every person deserves to be uplifted in every dimension of their life. Not just surviving, but thriving—mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. That's the promise I make every single day.

"Every person who walks through our doors isn't just a client—they're family, and their success is our success."

Passion & Vision for Impact
What drives me every single day is simple: the belief that no one should face their struggles alone. As a trained HIV testing and linkage to care service specialist, I've sat with people at their most vulnerable moments. I've witnessed the power of compassion, of being truly seen and heard. That's what fuels my passion—knowing that we can break down barriers and dismantle stigma, one conversation, one program, one life at a time.
My vision for Evangeline goes beyond providing services. I envision a future where every person in our community—regardless of race, identity, or circumstance—has access to holistic support that uplifts them mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. I see a world where Evangeline becomes a blueprint for community-led care, where love truly overcomes virtually everything.
This isn't just work to me—it's my calling. It's about creating lasting change, building generational wellness, and proving that when we lead with love and intentionality, we can transform lives and entire communities.
My Guiding Principles
These core beliefs shape every decision I make and guide Evangeline's mission forward.
Love is Revolutionary
In a world that often feels divided, choosing love—unconditional, active, intentional love—is the most radical thing we can do. Love isn't passive; it's a force for change that breaks down walls and builds up communities.
Dignity is Non-Negotiable
Every person who comes to Evangeline deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity—no exceptions. We don't just serve people; we honor their humanity and empower their journey toward wholeness.
Action Over Words
Talk is easy, but transformation requires action. I believe in rolling up our sleeves, showing up, and doing the hard work—because our community deserves more than promises. They deserve results.
"I've learned that real change doesn't happen from the top down—it happens when we meet people where they are, listen to their stories, and walk alongside them. That's the Evangeline way. That's how love overcomes virtually everything."
— Sincere M.C. Lambert
